Andy grew up in an Air Force family that moved to Brevard County in 1987.  He graduated from Satellite High School in 1989.  He is now a top-producing full-time Realtor with the #1 RE/MAX company in Brevard County.

After spending four years as a sixth grade teacher in Orange County, FL, he decided to take a position in new home sales.  Both his father and sister worked for a large home builder and, after spending a summer working with them, he knew he had found his true calling.  This background in residential construction and new home sales is an asset not only for his clients interested in purchasing new construction, but his clients interested in resale home and condominiums, as well.

Although he remembers the Dairy Queen in Satellite Beach, Herbie K's in Cocoa Beach, and the pastures that are now Viera, his focus in real estate in anything but in the past.  Andy has fully embraced the technological changes that are transforming the real estate industry.  His local knowledge, his solid grasp on the latest and most effective marketing technology, as well as his background in home construction give him a skill set that his clients find to be a valuable resource.

When not working with his clients or on the marketing of their properties, Andy spends his time enjoying the Brevard beachside lifestyle. He is fortunate that both his and his wife's family live in the area and they take pleasure in visiting them for a few minutes or for dinner whenever they can.  Additionally, he and his wife are both avid bicyclists and can often be found riding their bikes in the Florida sunshine.  When they're ready for a little cool weather or a short break, Andy and Abby enjoy traveling to new destinations both near and far.
